**Hairadise & Co. Booking Terms & Conditions:**
**For Appointments Made by Phone:**
- When calling to make an appointment, you will be required to provide a credit card that will be securely stored for future visits.
- A 50% charge of your scheduled chemical service will be processed, not necessarily the total of the completed service, as additional charges may apply based on your consultation with the stylist. NOTE: For non- chemical appointments no deposit will be made.
**For Online Bookings:**
- When booking through our website or app, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information before finalizing your appointment.
- If booking a chemical service, a 50% charge of the scheduled chemical service will be applied at this stage.
- All credit card information collected and stored by Hairadise & Co. is encrypted and not visible to ensure client safety.
- We may contact you to discuss any necessary alterations to your appointment.
- Online bookings may be adjusted to fit salon time slots and stylist commitments.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeiture of the full deposit or a remaining charge of the scheduled service. No-shows, no-calls will be charged the total of scheduled service.
- Online cancellations are not permitted. Please call the salon at 608-837-0133 to cancel or reschedule.
- For unusual colors or specialty services, contact the salon for advice before booking.
- Some services may require a consultation first to ensure proper booking and product availability.
- You will be charged according to the services received, which may differ from the booked services.
- Quotes for services can be obtained through a consultation or a telephone inquiry.
**New Clients and Bridal Hair:**
- New Clients and Bridal Parties require additional time and expertise.
- These appointments cannot be booked online; please call the salon to schedule, and our Reception Team will assist in selecting the best stylist for your needs.

COVID-19 POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS
As a client coming into Hairadise we have made changes to ensure the safety of everyone including staff and clients alike. I know as a country, a state, a county, a city, community, down to the individual, we all have experienced and been affected by Covid-19 one way or another and we are continuing to take steps to ensure your safety. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace for our clients and staff.
These standard operating procedures we have put into place we feel can greatly reduce the transmission of Covid-19 and/or other communicable diseases and appreciate your understanding.
We cannot stress enough, we ask that at any time if you feel sick, have a fever, cough or any symptoms that you please reschedule your appointment. It is very important that we maintain a healthy work environment so we can go home to our families and not spread any communicable diseases.
