however you will need to provide a credit card to keep on file for all online bookings only regardless of service scheduled.
How will it work?
If calling in for an appointment:
You will now be required to provide a credit card that we will put on file (so you will not have to provide ea. time) and then will be run for 50% of your service scheduled, not necessarily the total of your completed service as you may have additional charges based on your consultation with your stylist.
If booking through our website, or app:
You will be prompted to enter your credit card information prior to finalizing your appointment at which point you will be charged 50% for the appointment scheduled not service total if a chemical service is booked.
Canceling with an appointment deposit:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will carry over to your rescheduled appointment.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise and will evaluate Emergency or rare events on an individual basis. However, as a general rule the following applies:
If in the event that it is within the 24 hour cancelation policy, your full deposit will be forfeited.
If you no-show/no call for your appointment, you will forfeit your full deposit and will require a new deposit to reschedule. In some instances a 100% deposit of your service may be required!
ANY AND ALL CREDITCARD INFORMATION COLLECTED AND STORED BY HAIRADISE & CO. WILL NOT BE VISIABLE AND WILL BE ENCRYPTED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS.
But not all changes are bad……… Did someone say Mobile Pay???
With Hairadise & Co.’s ability to store credit cards on your account (encrypted of course) we will also have the option for mobile pay! What does that mean for you? Once your stylist knows your final service total and you have let them know which hair products you will be taking home to take care of that new color or style, they will send a link right to your phone via text message and or email, Your choice! From there just a couple clicks and your checked out just like that! Don’t have your card on file with us yet?? Not a problem you can add it at check out from your phone or we can add it to your account for you also!
What to expect as a client coming to Hairadise!
At Hairadise & Co. we take pride in our services. We have implemented a level system based on the experience of your stylists and are subject to change at any time. We encourage consultations for any big changes to ensure we have you scheduled with the stylist that is perfect for you.
All of us at Hairadise Salon would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible, please read our scheduling and online booking terms and conditions so that you get the most from your visit to Hairadise.
• We will contact you ASAP to discuss any alterations to your appointment if needed. Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and stylists’ commitments. Please ensure that we have a current contact phone number for you (preferably a mobile!)
• If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice: If Your service required a deposit, you will forfeit the full amount of your deposit, if it did not require a deposit you may be charged up to the total cost of the service(s) you missed and would need to be cleared up before we can allow another appointment to be scheduled at our salon.
• If you are wanting to book your appointment for an unusual color or specialty service, we recommend that you contact the salon for advice before making your reservation. In some instances, we require you to have a consultation first as Color corrections and transformations as well as just simply changing your color is easy, and other times it can be more complicated. (i.e., Balayage, Ombre, high fashion and or direct die tones, big changes, etc.…) This will ensure we have your appointment booked properly and specialty product on hand. Failure to do so, may result in your stylist not being able to carry out your service or treatment(s).
• You will be charged accordingly for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked. (i.e., Receiving Highlights instead of or in addition to your color retouch).
• If you need a quote for your service prior to your appointment, please schedule for a consultation first regardless of the service. Alternatively, we will happily offer a price range by telephone. But note, it is NOT a quote but a best guess range.
•WE DO NOT ALLOW ONLINE CANCELLATIONS AT THIS TIME, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the salon at 608-837-0133. Even if you have made a new online appointment, you must call salon to cancel
New Clients and Bridal Hair
Though we welcome New Clients and Bridal Parties, they do require additional time and can be something of a specialty, we do not allow these booked online at this time and ask you to call the salon as these appointments should be booked through the Salon Reception Team who can advise on the best stylist to meet your requirements.
If you are unable to find the availability that you are looking for, do not worry, just give us a call and our Reception Team will do their very best to find an appointment to suit your needs!

COVID-19 POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS
As a client coming into Hairadise we have made changes to ensure the safety of everyone including staff and clients alike. I know as a country, a state, a county, a city, community, down to the individual, we all have experienced and been affected by Covid-19 one way or another and we are continuing to take steps to ensure your safety. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace for our clients and staff.
These standard operating procedures we have put into place we feel can greatly reduce the transmission of Covid-19 and/or other communicable diseases and appreciate your understanding.
We cannot stress enough, we ask that at any time if you feel sick, have a fever, cough or any symptoms that you please reschedule your appointment. It is very important that we maintain a healthy work environment so we can go home to our families and not spread any communicable diseases.
