What to expect as a client coming to Hairadise!
As a client coming into Hairadise we have made changes to ensure the safety of everyone including staff and clients alike. I know as a country, a state, a county, a city, community, down to the individual, we all have experienced and been effected by Covid-19 one way or another and we are taking these steps in our new standard operating procedures in hopes if we are faced with these same situations we will be better prepared and be able to remain open while continueing to do our job in a safe and effective manner. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and safe work place for our clients and staff.
These new standard operating procedures we have put into place we feel can greatly reduce the transmission of Covid-19 and/or other communicable diseases and appreciate your understanding. We know some restrictions may seem over cautious, however we have staff or family members of staff that are in higher risk categories not to mention many loyal clients and we can't take that risk.

Requirements for your appointment at Hairadise:
= No Walk-ins Allowed Until Further Notice- You must have an appointment before you enter the salon.
= If your stylist presents any symptoms for any illness, they will be asked to stay home, and your appointment will be asked to reschedule. We understand that this can cause some inconvenience to some, however this is just one way we can help with the spread of Covid-19. We will try our best to get you rescheduled with your perspective stylist or what works best for you.
= Please see and download our Hairadise App that is available on both the Apple and Google Store as part of how your appointment check-in will be simplified by having our app and by being able to let us know you are in our parking lot and here for your appointment. You are at this time being asked to wait in your car until your stylist is ready for you. This will give your stylist time to clean, sanitize and disinfect your area to ensure the work area is ready for you. We will text or call you when we are ready! So, please make sure we have an updated cell phone on file. If you do not have a smart phone and unable to download the Hairadise Salon app, Simply call when in out parking lot and we can text, call when we are ready.
= Masks will be required by all who enter the salon. If you are not able to due to health or other reasons, we will review those by a case by case situation and see about a more suitable solution. Or if in the event a child is to young to keep mask on their selves we are asking at this time to please continue to keep them home as we don’t feel we can ensure safety and sanitation to the others in the salon. If you do not have a mask available a disposable one will be provided for you for the fee of a $1.00 (This is the cost on the masks) 1 disposable mask will be provided with your color service if needed.
= At this time the client getting the service is the only person allowed in the salon so please don’t bring anyone with you. If in the event the client is a young child that cannot be on their own but is able to properly wear a mask. 1 parent with a mask is allowed to accompany the child.
= Second as you enter the salon your temperature will be scanned by a touch-less thermometer. If in the event you show any signs which include but not limited to: fever, cough, sneezing or difficulty breathing, you will be asked to reschedule your appt.
= Next you will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands. Hand Sanitizer will be available at the front door and or a sink located in the restroom provided to clients.
= Once you have been cleared your stylist will direct you to their station.
= Masks are required to remain on entire time while in salon.
= At this time we will not allow clients to be handling retail products. Please ask your stylist or Hairadise Associate to assist with your product purchase.
= We ask that you only bring what you need into the salon, keeping personal items to a minimum. (i.e. Phone, Credit Card,) No reading materials, magazines, brochures etc. will no longer be provided so phones can be utilized for you during your appt, but for courtesy of others please put on silent.
= We will no longer allow dry cutting without shampooing first if your stylist feels your hair is not clean.
= Shampoo room will now be considered a “quiet zone” which means let’s keep talking to a minimum while in room as the positions of client/stylists while receiving shampoo increases face to face time which can increase chances of transmission. No worries, we all will have plenty of time to catch up during your service!
= We also are strongly recommending the use of credit cards in form of payment to reduce points of contact. However, can except all original payment forms if needed.
= Please know that due to the state of Wisconsin and CDC requirements and recommendations for safety and sanitation, there will be a slight price increase to services moving forward starting May 26th,2020
= We ask that at any time if you feel sick, have a fever, cough or any symptoms that you please reschedule your appointment. It is very important that we maintain a healthy work environment so we can go home to our families and not spread any communicable diseases.
