For more than 34 years, Niki has dedicated her career to helping people feel confident, beautiful, and truly cared for. After spending decades behind the chair and 23 years building Hairadise & Co., her passion has evolved beyond great hair—it's now centered around creating an exceptional experience for both clients and the team she leads.
Hair has always been in Niki's blood. Long before becoming a salon owner, she was the student getting in trouble for braiding her friends' hair in class. What started as a love for hairstyling grew into a lifelong career built on connection, education, and helping people see the best version of themselves.
Today, Niki's passion has expanded beyond the chair and into helping shape the future of the industry through education, mentorship, and leadership. One area that has captured her attention in recent years is scalp wellness and hair health. While she maintains a special interest in this growing specialty, her primary focus is now on developing Hairadise & Co.'s scalp wellness program and mentoring her team to confidently deliver these services to clients.
Through ongoing education and advanced training, Niki has become passionate about understanding the root causes of scalp concerns and thinning hair. Rather than building a full clientele around these services, her goal is to train and support the Hairadise team in delivering effective scalp wellness solutions, allowing more clients to benefit from this specialty while continuing to elevate the salon as a whole.
Known for her warm personality, honest communication, and thorough consultations, Niki believes one of the most important—and often overlooked—parts of the salon experience is truly listening. Whether she's working with a scalp wellness guest, mentoring a stylist, or helping guide the direction of the salon, her goal is always to make people feel valued, understood, and cared for.
When she's not at the salon, you'll likely find her relaxing on the deck with her husband Joe and their Doberman, Higgins, spending time with family, enjoying live music, thrifting and shopping small-town boutiques, or planning her next adventure. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she's especially excited to become a grandma in 2026.
What Niki is most proud of isn't just the salon she built, it's the culture behind it. Hairadise & Co. was created to feel less like a business and more like a place where people can relax, connect, and forget about life's stresses for a while. The supportive team, welcoming atmosphere, and genuine relationships built within these walls are what make Hairadise feel like home.

Charlotte has been in the beauty industry since 2012 and has called Hairadise & Co. home since 2013. From the very beginning, she knew hairstyling was exactly what she wanted to do, and more than a decade later, she still loves helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Her passion lies in helping clients with fine hair achieve fuller-looking, more dimensional styles that are both beautiful and realistic to maintain. She also specializes in blonding, dimensional color, and gray coverage, creating customized looks designed to complement each guest's unique hair type and lifestyle. Charlotte believes great hair should fit real life, so her goal is always to create looks that are attainable, sustainable, and customized to each guest's lifestyle.
Clients appreciate Charlotte's honest, realistic approach and her ability to truly listen. She asks thoughtful questions during consultations to fully understand your goals and then works with you to create a plan that makes sense for your hair. Whether you're looking for brighter highlights, a fresh color update, or guidance on what will work best for your hair type, Charlotte is there every step of the way.

For Bille, hairstyling has never felt like work. With 17 years in the beauty industry—all of them spent at Hairadise & Co.—she loves the creativity, the ever-changing trends, and most of all, the relationships she has built with her guests over the years.
Bille specializes in blonding and creating beautiful, low-maintenance looks that keep clients feeling confident long after they leave the salon. She believes hair should enhance your lifestyle, not complicate it, and enjoys helping guests find styles and colors that are both gorgeous and practical.
Known for her energetic personality and genuine approach, Bille's chair feels more like catching up with an old friend than sitting through an appointment. She values honesty and trust, especially with new guests, and takes the time to explain what's realistic for your hair while creating a plan to help you reach your goals.
Outside the salon, Bille is busy cheering on her three daughters—Stella, Veda, and Rowan—spending time in nature, attending concerts and comedy shows, and hanging out with her goldendoodle, Oakley. She loves good coffee, great conversation, and making sure every client leaves feeling confident, heard, and respected.

For her, hairstyling has always been about more than hair—it's about relationships, trust, and helping clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.
Tara specializes in color, blonding, gray coverage, haircuts, curly hair, and texture services. She loves helping guests find styles that not only look great but are realistic to maintain at home. Her thorough consultations and years of experience allow her to guide clients through their options while making sure their wants and needs are truly understood.

With more than 11 years in the beauty industry, Helena loves helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves. Her passion for hair and makeup led her into the industry, and she still enjoys the creativity that comes with making every day behind the chair a little different.
Helena specializes in lived-in color and dimensional color services, creating looks that are beautiful, low-maintenance, and personalized to each guest. She's also known for her attention to detail and her ability to adapt her energy to exactly what her clients need—whether that's a fun conversation, a relaxing escape, or simply a place to unwind.
When she's not in the salon, you'll likely find her traveling, attending concerts, cheering on the Packers, or planning her next foodie adventure. A self-proclaimed football fan with a surprising amount of NFL knowledge, Helena brings warmth, authenticity, and a little spontaneity to every appointment.

She especially enjoys dimensional color, vivids, haircuts, men's grooming, and nail art, and she's always excited by unique trends, bold transformations, and helping clients discover a style that feels authentically them.

Morgan became a hairstylist because she wanted to combine creativity with connection. She believes everyone deserves to feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside, and she loves helping clients discover styles that make them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Since joining Hairadise & Co. more than two years ago and becoming licensed in 2025, Morgan has developed a passion for haircutting, dimensional color, and scalp wellness. She especially enjoys helping guests learn how to recreate their salon look at home, making sure they leave with both great hair and the confidence to maintain it.
Morgan's chair is laid-back, welcoming, and educational. She asks thoughtful questions, explains the "why" behind her recommendations, and takes the time to ensure clients feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh or a bigger transformation, her focus is always on creating a customized service that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Outside the salon, Morgan enjoys spending time on the boat with her boyfriend, fishing, finding great food spots, and hanging out with her three cats. Her favorite part of the job is hearing a client say, "I haven't felt like this in forever."
