Niki Konkel

  • With an illustrious career spanning since the early 90s, Niki has established herself as a seasoned and dedicated hairstylist. Her unwavering commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and product innovations is reflected in her continuous pursuit of education, ensuring that she can consistently offer clients the latest and most cutting-edge services.

    As the proud owner of Hairadise, Niki has cultivated an environment where both clients and team members feel a genuine sense of comfort and belonging. Creating a welcoming atmosphere has always been her paramount objective, contributing to the salon's reputation as a place of both professional excellence and genuine camaraderie. As of the beginning of 2024, Niki has assumed a new role within the salon, directing her focus towards mentoring emerging stylists and overseeing the business operations of running a salon. While she may not be physically behind the chair, Niki remains actively engaged in the day-to-day management of the salon, ensuring its continued success and growth.

    In her leisure time, Niki cherishes moments spent with her family & friends as well as alongside her beloved fur companion, Hank.

Charlotte Rece

MANAGER | STYLIST | WAXING | NAILS | MASTER COLORIST | LEVEL 5

  • Since graduating cosmetology school in 2012, Charlotte has loved every minute of making people look good and feel good. She loves coloring and cutting, and specializes in fine hair. She is also Global Keratin Smoothing Treatment certified. Her clients love coming to her because she is a great listener.

Bille Williams

  • Having spent her entire career at Hairadise, Bille has been in the industry since 2009. Specializing in blondes, she loves staying inspired by continuing education and ever changing trends. As much as she is passionate about hair she is equally as grateful for the relationships she has built with her loyal clientele over the years. When not behind the chair Bille spends her time raising three strong boss babes.

Tara Scott

  • Tara has been a dedicated Hairstylist for 21 years. She loves learning new skills to keep her clients up to date with the new and exciting trends. Tara enjoys the time she gets to spend with her clients and getting to know them as she considers them family. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her fast growing boys and family.

Helena Brockman

  • Helena is a known stylist for her precision application and haircutting techniques. Her attention to detail is her most complimented feature. Helena has been apart of the Hairadise family for the past 11 years and continues to grow a huge following. Not only is she known for her passion for men’s haircuts and lived in blondes. She’s also a die hard Packers fan! GO PACK GO!

  • I've been going to Helena for the past few months. I'm trying to grow out the layers and wanted to do something different with the color. Last night she cut and colored my hair. The cut is a bob style. I've had more compliments today at work about my hair than I've had in years. I highly recommend giving Helena a try. She's wonderful!

The owner was also very nice and you can tell they have awesome teamwork! She was helping Alivia with my hair and checking in and helping other stylists as well.
