Our new system officially launches, online booking returns, and our team will once again be able to make and change appointments.
Already have an appointment scheduled? You're all set!
Your existing appointments are still there.
What Will Be Different?
Beginning August 25, you'll notice some changes when interacting with Hairadise online. You'll have:
A new online booking experience
New appointment confirmations and reminders
New digital forms and communications
New ways to manage appointment information
Our previous Hairadise & Co. app will also be discontinued.
No worries, you will still be able to book online through one of the many links you will find on our social media sights/google as well as right here on our webite.
Things may look a little different, but you'll still find the same Hairadise team waiting for you on the other side. 💕
Why Am I Getting a Consultation Form?
Yes—even our longtime clients!
With our new system, all clients will receive an updated consultation form.
We're asking everyone to complete it for two important reasons:
1. Let's us make sure we got everything right.
Moving to a new system gives us the perfect opportunity to verify your contact information and update anything that may have changed.
2. Let's us get your stylist up to date.
Hair changes. Preferences change. Budgets change. Goals change!
Your consultation form gives your stylist an updated look at your hair, preferences and goals so we can continue personalizing your Hairadise experience.
Even if we know you well, please take a few minutes to complete your form when you receive it. We appreciate your help!
If you previously saved a credit card with Hairadise,
your stored card information will not transfer into our new system.
Your credit card information is securely stored off-site through our merchant/payment services. Because of this, we're unable to transfer that information from one scheduling system to another. All information stored will be deleted upon closing current merchant service.
You'll simply need to provide or save your card information again in our new system.
What Happened to My Credit Card on File?
We're also giving our loyalty program a makeover!
Beginning August 25, we'll say goodbye to our previous loyalty points program and retail punch card and begin using our new Hairadise Treat Card Program. You'll automatically begin earning Treat Card points in your new account. But this isn't simply a new version of the same program. Rather than turning points into dollars off, we're designing Treat Card to give you opportunities to:

We're still putting the finishing touches on our Treat menu.
The important part: You'll start earning points immediately on August 25.

We aren't letting you walk away empty-handed just because we're changing programs!
What Happens to My Old Loyalty Rewards?
If You Have Existing Loyalty Points:
As a thank-you for the points you've already earned, you'll receive: $15 off one service
Retail Punch Card With 1–4 Stamps:
Bring in and turn in your existing retail punch card to receive: 25% off one full-size, full-price retail product
Completed Retail Punch Card — All 5 Stamps
You've already earned your original reward, so of course we'll honor it!
Turn in your completed card to receive: $20 off one full-size, full-price retail product
All rewards from our previous loyalty program and existing retail punch cards must be redeemed by November 30, 2026.
After November 30, the previous program and punch cards will officially be retired and can no longer be redeemed.
Your new TreatCard points are completely separate and will continue accumulating in our new system.

Changing a system we've used for years is a big undertaking, and there may be a few bumps along the way while our team and clients get used to something new. We truly appreciate your patience, cooperation and grace during the transition.
